Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wraxylongharvynn.world and using our event invitation design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Wraxylongharvynn provides custom digital event invitation design services. Our services include consultation, design creation, revisions as specified in your chosen package, and delivery of final digital files.

Ordering and Payment

All orders require a deposit before design work commences. Full payment is due upon approval of the final design and before delivery of high-resolution files. Prices are as quoted and may vary based on project complexity. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day after the contract is concluded. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee.

If you ask us to begin the design service during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that once we have fully performed the service with your agreement, you will lose your right to cancel. For partial performance (e.g. design work has started but not completed), our Return and Refund Policy sets out how refunds are calculated. To cancel, inform us in writing (e.g. by email to reply@wraxylongharvynn.world) within the cancellation period. We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation, using the same means of payment as you used.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds depends on your chosen package. Essential packages include two revision rounds, while Premium and Corporate packages include unlimited revisions. Additional revisions beyond your package allowance may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use your custom invitation design for personal or business use as intended. Wraxylongharvynn retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information and content for your invitation
• Reviewing proofs carefully before final approval
• Ensuring you have rights to any images or logos you provide
• Responding to communications within reasonable timeframes

Delivery Timeline

We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback or scope changes. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Wraxylongharvynn is not liable for any errors in content provided by the client, printing issues arising from third-party printers, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our designs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law.

Online Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to submit a complaint: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to use this platform but will consider complaints submitted through it.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
