This Return and Refund Policy applies to our event invitation design services and is provided in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Our Satisfaction Promise
At Wraxylongharvynn, we are committed to delivering event invitation designs that exceed your expectations. We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Your 14-Day Cancellation Right (Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the day after the contract is made. If you cancel within this period before we have started the design work, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid. If you have expressly asked us to begin the service during the 14-day period, you may lose your right to cancel once we have fully performed the service; our refund rules below apply to partial performance.
Digital Products
As our services result in custom digital design files, the nature of our products means that traditional returns are not applicable. However, we have established clear policies below to ensure fairness and satisfaction.
Before Design Begins
If you wish to cancel your order before design work has commenced:
- Full refund of any deposit paid
- No cancellation fees apply
- Simply notify us in writing via email
During the Design Process
If you need to cancel after design work has begun:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of first concept delivery: 75% refund
- Cancellation after revisions have started: 50% refund
- We will provide any work completed to date
After Final Approval
Once you have approved the final design and received your files:
- No refunds are available as the service has been completed
- We will address any file format or technical issues at no additional cost
- Minor text corrections can be made within 7 days of delivery
Our Quality Commitment
If you are not satisfied with the design direction:
- We offer unlimited revisions on Premium and Corporate packages
- Essential package clients receive two revision rounds included
- Additional revisions can be purchased if needed
Technical Issues
We guarantee that all delivered files will be:
- In the specified file formats
- High resolution and print-ready where applicable
- Free from technical defects
If any technical issues are found, we will resolve them promptly at no additional charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss any concerns:
- Email us at reply@wraxylongharvynn.world with your order details
- Include the reason for your request
- We will respond within 2 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receiving your cancellation or refund request, using the same payment method you used, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will not charge you any fee for the refund. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
